Starting in the automotive industry as a Sales Consultant in 1999, Renaldo soon worked his way up to being a Regional Sales Manager with a solid track record, securing key clients and increasing product distribution to grow market share. His talents and abilities earned him the recognition of a two times President’s award. Following his role as Product Consultant at Cox Automotive, then Enterprise Sales Director of DealerSocket, Renaldo is an expert in inventory management and software solutions, helping and educating others on optimizing inventory and increasing returns.
Renaldo is a General Dealership Management course graduate from NADA Dealer Academy and certified Paul Cummings Training Specialist/Director of Content Development. As a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with over two decades of experience, Renaldo provides excellent insights into sales leadership, strategic territory management, and analytical skills in highly competitive markets. He joins AutoStaff intending to share and impart his hard-earned leadership experience by training the next generation of car salespersons.
